Happy after my first visit We bought our Pacifica at another dealership near by and used their service department a couple of times and were not pleased at all. 2 weeks before c We bought our Pacifica at another dealership near by and used their service department a couple of times and were not pleased at all. 2 weeks before coming to this dealership my wife spent 8 hours waiting in the service department at the dealership where we bought the car and then they didn't have all of the parts to fix all of the recalls. She drove the Pacifica 2 weeks and the check engine light came on. Luckily I happen to notice the Newnan Peachtree dealership and took the Pacifica in early on a Saturday morning and they had the part and I was out of there in an hour and 30 minutes. They were very friendly and nice and the problem was corrected. It does concern me a little on the number of recalls there have been on our Pacifica. It was covered under warranty so it didn't cost anything. More
