I brought my 2005 Dodge Ram truck in because I had a dash light coming on. Scott Derickson was excellent! He was very busy but took the time to keep me informed as to what was happening. I went to the dealership today to trade in a truck. My sales person (wagner) was awsome. He did everything to get me into a car!! I bought a car from them on November 1st, they waited until November 27th to tell me there was a problem with the paper work but that they would see about sending someone to me. They never did and now I until November 27th to tell me there was a problem with the paper work but that they would see about sending someone to me. They never did and now I have a two and a half hour round trip to spend five minutes doing something that should have been taken care of a month ago. On top of that, I left something in my trade in and emailed my salesperson to see if he could recover and send it to me, he never bothered with a response at all. So no I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
