Don’t expect to be greeted or acknowledged when you enter the service department. The staff will ignore you when you enter, on the day of my arrival, I was FINALLY acknowledged by a service rep 10 minutes af the service department. Scott did a great job of acknowledging me even though he was busy when I walked up. He was genuine and honest so I trusted he would tell me the truth about any additional work that needed to be done.
