I drop the Truck off with several problems that I had to have fixed. I received a call the next morning that the truck was completed and everything was fixed. Well where do I begin. Louise set the appointment up. She said it was a one day job. I brought my transit down on the day and time. The car sat in the lot all day and no one looked at the vehicle. I was informed I needed some special bolts or some sort. Louise set up another appointment for the following week. She said they needed 2 full days to repair van. I brought van down on the day and time. Once again van sat in lot for one day. No one looked at vehicle. Day two they finally looked and fixed vehicle. Not once did I get an apology or anything. So to finalize my experience with Newins Ford. VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE. I lost 2 days of work because of the NEWINS FORD and not once did Ken call and reach out about this situation. More

Great experience, looked on the lot for what I liked, not approached by an aggressive salesman, waked into the showroom and was introduced to Tom Siraco. Tom made the deal seamless, gave me a better deal off approached by an aggressive salesman, waked into the showroom and was introduced to Tom Siraco. I recommended my co worker to visit him the next day on a similar truck and he called me to tell me it was his best experience buying vehicle ever. I was basically told they would call me at a future point in time... but had no idea when. More
