I purchased a 2020 Transit Connect XLT for my small contracting business. Mathew Brooks was the sales person who assisted me. My purchase was at a fair price. (I don't have to buy the vehicle cheaper than anyone else ever has but I hate the after purchase feeling that I paid more than anyone else ever has). Mr. Brooks was a no pressure sales person, a real pleasure to do business with. Once I informed Mr. Brooks I wanted to go ahead with the purchase he took care of everything so when I came in to the dealership we discussed the deal and then I spoke with the Finance guy. I was out of the dealership in 30 minutes. When I went back to pick up the vehicle it took maybe 45 minutes. This is lightning fast compared with other dealerships I have dealt with. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and professional.
