The incorrect 3rd party tow package was installed. Matthew said his father the owner would contact me and there was never any contact. It cost me another 600 dollars to get the correct tow package ins Matthew said his father the owner would contact me and there was never any contact. It cost me another 600 dollars to get the correct tow package installed when I went to pick up my camper. The finance person Joe assured me the correct package would be installed and it was not. Nothing was done to do the right thing! More

Newins has been good to us even before this new lease. They took care of a recall on a previous purchase and are so professional! Recently the salesperson Dan took the time to call me back when some new v They took care of a recall on a previous purchase and are so professional! Recently the salesperson Dan took the time to call me back when some new vehicles arrived so I would be able to check them out since my old lease was ending very soon. He really took the time and effort to explain all the vehicle features and lease details. Once I decided to lease again, he assisted every step of the way with DMV and insurance. The new car was perfect when I picked it up. So happy! More

The best car-buying experience I've had! Kyle made it easy, pleasant, and affordable. I bought a used Fusion hybrid which is the nicest car I've ever owned; the price was a bit under KBB value to begin w easy, pleasant, and affordable. I bought a used Fusion hybrid which is the nicest car I've ever owned; the price was a bit under KBB value to begin with, and the dealership gave me a $300 discount on top of it. Kyle of course paired up my phone, explained all the bells & whistles, and made the buying process easy, but he also did much more - the next week when it wouldn't start after having been jumped on 2 different days, he made an appointment for me at the service department and came to my house on his day off to jump it so I could take it in and get the 12V battery replaced free of charge! Many thanks to Kyle and to everyone at Newins!! More
