I left my car for a service. Transmission did not shift down. After the service, the second gear does not exist. I put the truck for the service again, after a week they tell Transmission did not shift down. After the service, the second gear does not exist. I put the truck for the service again, after a week they tell me it is normal ,that there is no second gear. This was my last newins ford service. More

My salesman Paul was a refreshing change compared to the fancy suits, slick hair and fast talking salesmen at other places. I called him and gave him a list of cars that I would be interested in if they cam fancy suits, slick hair and fast talking salesmen at other places.
