I wish that Steven's Ford Route 112 in Patchogue would learn how to treat their customers from Newin's Ford in Bay Shore. From start to finish Dan Salvatore made the entire process of getting my new 2023 Mustang a 10/10 experience. From order date to delivery he kept me posted constantly about what stage it was in and wh process of getting my new 2023 Mustang a 10/10 experience. Dan did not push anything on me and was able to answer every single question I had for him (which was a lot). Other dealers would try and add in hidden fees, but Dan and Newins Ford kept everything black and white.
