Newins Bay Shore Ford

WISH I COULD RATE A NEGATIVE NUMBER horrible parts and service department. No communication. Needed a part, that took a week. They told us Wednesday when I dropped the car it would be done Thursday. Went in Thursday and turns out 1. the car was NEVER even looked at and 2. they ordered the WRONG PART. You would think a phone call would be in order but NO - we had to go there and ask. Now, they have to order the right part and wait for that - and there is a weekend involved. Today is Thursday and I won't have my car at least until Tuesday. I am renting a car to get around and they are not willing to give me a loaner. The car they are fixing is still under warranty so the problem is on Ford but apparently they do not care that the headache is on me. I will not buy a ford again and certainly will NEVER recommend Newins CROOKS AND SWINDLERS More
