The dealership environment was better than all the others we’ve visited. There wasn’t loud music blaring like a night club. There were no “tough guys” walking around trying to intimidate people into buying cars. Even though we were motivated to buy, there was no pressure from ANYONE to pay for anything we didn’t want or didn’t need. I’ve bought a lot of new cars through the years (most of them Fords), and this was BY FAR the best purchase experience I’ve ever had. My only mistake was not buying them from Newins. Buying a new car should be exciting. It should be fun. You shouldn’t walk away being skeeved out by the experience, as if you just got your pockets picked. There was none of that at Newins. Not only will we be back when the time comes to buy a new Ford, we’re looking forward to buying from Newins. More

The Service advisors Joe Rivarola and Marty Jacobs both greeted by name and Mr. On Saturday, 10/27/2018 I brought my Ford Escape in for an oil change. The Service advisors Joe Rivarola and Marty Jacobs both greeted by name and Mr. Jacobs checked me in and wrote my service request immediately. In a very short period of time, the service on my vehicle was completed and I was checked out with my car having an oil change, multi point inspection and tire rotation.
