Rip-off First - had my vehicle 24 hrs with no diagnosis Second - when finally “diagnosed” was a $600+ cost not covered by warranty.. Third- when I talked to First - had my vehicle 24 hrs with no diagnosis Second - when finally “diagnosed” was a $600+ cost not covered by warranty.. Third- when I talked to family they all told me it was a rip-off & don’t let them do the work—-needed a coolant something cause what I had kepted getting stuck so had to be replaced. Told ford not to do repair & then they had the audacity to charge me 150 for diagnostic service.. to go back to having my car there all day with nothing done ....when I asked why I was told “Monday they only have a skeleton crew on”???? No one ever said my car wouldn’t even be looked at when I brought it at 7:30 a.m. I had to call at 3:30 p.m. to find out what was going on. Told then nothing was done that day. When I told them the inconvenience this caused me I was told Will u can pick it up tonight but the next time u can bring it back is 2 days later....first opening they had. WHAT?? The best part of this? My heat works & they did crap to it. There is more but I’ve said enough ....disappointed in Ford & probably won’t lease or buy another & I m a long-time customer More
