Here at Newins we try to do everything we can to provide the best customer service possible. As far as your long wait we do apologize, and will continue improving our delivery process. We simply ask that you try to understand that getting a used vehicle prepped, inspected, detailed, registered and billed out takes time. It does however, sadden us that there is no mention of the effort on behalf of our staff to provide you with a totally transparent and comfortable car buying experience. Your initial visit to Newins began with several long phone calls through a BDC Representative of ours who answered all your questions. She patiently went over the vehicles equipment, she discussed the CarFax you mentioned, and she discounted the vehicle $800 dollars before you even arrived at Newins. Upon arrival just moments before closing time, our staff had the vehicle waiting out front for you. The salesman Mike even pulled it inside upon your request, so that you could get a better look at it. You test drove the vehicle, and were given the same price we provided to you over the phone. No bait and switch, no fees, and no games as promised. Unfortunately it is difficult to please every customer. We truly hope you have a better experience in future car buying endeavors. We hope your daughter enjoys hers new vehicle in spite of your unpleasant experience.

should get your facts straight, I called to see if truck was still available and asked for better price before taking the long ride, call was just a couple of minutes for her to look into those 2 things, never spoke about car fax. we showed up 20 mins before closing , it was dark and yes I asked to pull car in so we can see it in some light, they should have offered that, why would a customer have to request that? you can try and sugar coat all you want, I am a very easy to please person, you sent a review, I am going be honest, you failed big time. especially because you knew the day before we were picking up car, and I asked that the detailing be done and car kept inside until we got there. you also included the previous owners name and address, I wouldn't want that done to me, no hard feelings I didn't have to go thru with sale could of walk away at any time, was my decision, I always follow thru on my word, trait not many have Merry Christmas
