I spent 2.5 hours over the course of 2 days with my salesman and was the best experience ever. Not only did we form a bond and friendship but from the managers down to personnel setting up the car is what all of dealerships should emulate. The previous 4 dealerships I had been too whether it was Dodge or Nissan I felt it was scripted. Here they made you feel like a part of the family and their were no games to be played. I have not only made new friends here at the Ford dealership but will no longer have to car shop anywhere else leaving more time for golf! More

Excellent complete customer service I had my 2013 Escape towed into Newins after the transmission failed. I met Bonnie in the parking lot who said she would take care of everything. Afte I had my 2013 Escape towed into Newins after the transmission failed. I met Bonnie in the parking lot who said she would take care of everything. After Ford approved the warranty work they put me in a rental for 5 days (part of the Ford Dealer Certified used car warranty) even though I did not purchase the vehicle at Newins. When the rebuild ran over the 5 day rental agreement, I returned the rental and was given a new Ford Fusion loaner until the repairs were complete. They even replaced a leaky water pump. The transmission feels better than it ever did. The folks at Newins did a great job and the Certified warranty covered all costs after the $100 deductible. Too bad Ford isn't building sedans anymore because I'd buy a Fusion. And I'd buy it from Newins. More
