Disappointed - My 2019 Ford Escape is 4 months old. The steering is making a loud whining noise. The mechanic claims nothing is wrong w/the car that is the motor making that noise. I do not feel that a brand new car with only 4000 miles on it should be making that noise. The car didn't always make that noise it just started a week or so ago. So with that said I took time off of work since I was told they only do maintenance on Saturday sat there for two hours to be told there is nothing wrong w/the vehicle. More
