The deal that wasnt My husband and I were shown a used Ford F250 that was traded in and was for sale...I left a deposit and was returning in a few days to finalize deal. I was called and told they were sorry but they had sold the vehicle to another party 4 days before I left a deposit... It took more than a month to get my deposit returned to us. We left several messages..dealer unresponsive...went in person..alot of trouble ...they are not honest people..we bought a truck from Robert Chevrolet...great people..great truck More

Recommendation for Salesman Just bought a 2019 Ford Explorer and can highly recommend two individuals that worked with us to have the deal come to fruition. The first being Nor Just bought a 2019 Ford Explorer and can highly recommend two individuals that worked with us to have the deal come to fruition. The first being Noreen and the second being Xavier. Both of these individuals are the reason we bought at this dealership. We are senior citizens and know next to nothing about the new cars. The car we replaced was 16 years old with no bells and whistles - this new car has all that and the patience, dedication and follow through of these two individuals is the reason we bought here apposed to buying with another dealership. They both deserve raises because we are seniors who are not easily taught and both never lost patience with us and accommodated our every wish even after the sale was complete! More

The sales staff are knowledgeable, answer all your questions, & never pressure you into anything. We have our vehicles serviced here as well, whether regular maintenance or for any issues that may arise. The Service Dep't. staff listen to what your issue is & are always able to provide helpful information. We know when we leave that whatever was done was done correctly. With other dealerships nearby, we could easily do business elsewhere, but the years of our experiences with Newins keeps us returning. More
