I had been in the market for a new car for a few months to replace my Nissan. I looked at the Accord, Camry, and Altima. Finally, I narrowed it down to Camry and Altima, then Camry. In all honesty, I inquried about the Camry at another dealership, then went in to just show my wife and sit in it. When approached, I explained I was not purchasing---then came the pressure. I knew that dealership was not for me! Then I found Newburgh Toyota---totally differnt experience. My interactions with Frank, Kristin, and Paul were all positive--great people, friendly, etc. The team was willing to negotiate and told me about offers I was not even aware of from Toyota and did not give me the run around or keep me there for hours like other dealerships. I was in on a Saturday morning and picked the car up by closing---fast service! This dealership is a role model for others! In closing, I have read other reviews about the dealer, and see they were all on used car purchases. It has to be a tough for the dealer when selling used cars as there is only so much they can do. I do feel that this dealership will do anything possible to please a customer. My only advise, if you have an issue, talk to a manager. Great Job Toyota of Newburgh!!! More
