Last year, I had a problem with the rear differential. This dealership had my truck for a week to fix it. They even told me that Toyota TRD was there to look at it. After a week, my truck was repaired. 16 This dealership had my truck for a week to fix it. They even told me that Toyota TRD was there to look at it. After a week, my truck was repaired. 16000 miles later the rear end of the truck had completely been blown out. The reason? The mechanic who fixed the rear differential at Newburgh Toyota had put incorrect rear end lubricant in the differential. The mechanic who was trying to fix the problem (it was at a different Toyota dealership) told me he didn't know what the lubricant even was. Rear end lubricant is thick and it smells. The lubricant that the Newburgh Toyota mechanic put in was watery and had no smell. The job was going to cost over $4000.00. I was not about to pay. The dealership I was at gave me a great deal on a new truck and gave me a great trade in for the truck even with the blown rear end differential. It seems that Newburgh Toyota really dropped the ball. I will never go back there. More
I can truly say that Eduardo Ortiz never seems to fail me. I came in for a service appointment and I asked for help with my bluetooth hook up. He was very kind and helpful. I was called by Eduardo to see if I was interesting in rolling over my currently leased RAV4. I went to the dealership and was treated very nicely by Eduardo. We discussed possibilities and agreed on a ne rolling over my currently leased RAV4. I went to the dealership and was treated very nicely by Eduardo. We discussed possibilities and agreed on a new lease for a 2013 RAV4. Eduardo was great when the car was delivered. He showed me how to use all the new features and even synced my phone to the Bluetooth in the car. When I called with questions, he tried his best to help me. What I did not like: The same day that I agreed on a lease, I got a phone call from the manager of Newburgh Toyota saying that Toyota wanted me to pay an additional $1000 up front. I felt that I was being shaken down for more money. I refused, saying that they already were getting more money from me because I would be paying at least $60 more for 9 months than I would have if I did not roll over the lease early. I was called later and told to ignore the original request. The other thing is that I was asked to pay for a month's lease in advance. That was on June 10th. I assumed that when I got the car, I would not be billed for a month. As it turned out, I did not get the car until the 24th. I checked my contract and it said that I would be billed on the 24th of the month. I just received a bill and it is dated the 10th with a late payment date of the 20th. It basically ends up that I paid for 2 weeks lease when I did not have the car. Now, the due date is different than what is on the contract. I called Toyota Financial and was told that they could not do anything. I'm not happy about this. This does not reflect on Eduardo - it was out of his hands but in the future I will not pay any money until I have a car in hand. More
Eduardo contacted me and was totally honest with his offer to buy my truck or work a trade for a new one. We bought this vehicle in 2010 so that we could carry our grand children but the car seats requi offer to buy my truck or work a trade for a new one. I bought an additional vehicle so we could transport our grandchildren. With the purchase of our new vehicle I can now ensure the safety of my wife and the grandchildren all the time. Eddy worked with Frank and Bob to ensure I got the best trade in value and interest rate. I had grown used to my 2010 Extended cab , but after taking delivery of the dual cab I am in love with all my options of carrying passengers and Babies in car seats! From sales to service they are the best! In 12 years I have NEVER had a bad experience, and dealing with Eduardo, Bob and Frank was the best. I look forward to recommending Eduardo to my family and friends at the New York Air National Guard stationed at Stewart Airport. Thank you Stephen M. Donahue More

We were looking for a used car and found just what we were looking for. Although our credit was not the greatest, they worked to find someone that would give us a good rate. I appreciate how fast everything was done and how quickly we were contacted about it. I would recommend Toyota to anyone . John Casey was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely go back next year when I will look for a Van. More
