Came to Newburgh Toyota to look for a specific vehicle/color. Contacted the dealer through the website and received an immediate response from Kristin Galik. Advised her I will be at the location within one hour. When I got there I was greeted by the front desk clerk and immediately greeted by Paul Remus who was waiting for me. He had the vehicle waiting for me to look at as soon as I got there. Paul is the greatest. He answered all my questions and was on top of everything. I then met with John Roscino and started the paper work. They started detailing the car for me and within about 2 hours, I left the dealership with my new RAV4. Everyone was so helpful and for someone coming from a customer service background, I must say Newburgh Toyota really went out of their way to make me one happy customer!
