No need to shop around I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Newburgh and our salesman was Thomas Relyea. He is the reason I didn't shop around for I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Newburgh and our salesman was Thomas Relyea. He is the reason I didn't shop around for the best price. I met Tom the first time I went into the dealership to get information about the car. I was upfront and honest and I told him I would be back later in the week to discuss the purchase of the vehicle as I had an important meeting I had to attend to first. He did not call me everyday to see when I'd be in to finalize the deal. If he had called every day, I would have taken my business somewhere else. He respected my wishes. Tom is the reason I purchased my car. He is easygoing, friendly, and very approachable. He did not pressure me into buying the car. I had done all of my research and I was certain this was the car for me. By the time he was done showing me all of the features the car had to offer, I was sold. I knew I was making the right choice. He took care of all the paper work, filled up the tank, and I drove off of the lot a very happy person Tom is a great salesman! More

Worst Experience Ever Went in to buy certified preowned Camry - found a low mileage Chevy Malibu that I was interested in. Was told a reasonable interest rate and payment. Went in to buy certified preowned Camry - found a low mileage Chevy Malibu that I was interested in. Was told a reasonable interest rate and payment. Told to return same day at 4pm to pick up car. when I returned rate and payment had changed. Worked with them for a couple days during which time I never received a call from them. I had to initiate all communication. Was finally told that since it was a domestic car no bank would offer a reasonable rate. Went to a local Chevy dealer that day and bought the same model, 2 years newer in a matter of 2 hours at a great rate and at the payment I wanted. Looking at Camry - try research Chevy, Youll be surprised. More

For a stress free deal go to Newburgh Toyota On May 18, I went to Newburgh Toyota to see if I could get a new Toyota for my 7 year old Highlander. I had filled out an online application the day b On May 18, I went to Newburgh Toyota to see if I could get a new Toyota for my 7 year old Highlander. I had filled out an online application the day beofre, received a promt call from the manager Steve and we set up a time for the next day to do my test drive. Jason Greene called me about an hour before my appointment to introduce himself and have the Rav4 ready for a test drive. Steve had mentioned to make it easier for everyone have all the important papers available for his sales team to work with(aka title, registration, insurance, etc). As soon as I pulled up, Jason met me at the door and brought me over to the Rav4 for the test drive. Now car salesmen usually have a bad rep (pushy, sneaky,etc). Jason is the exact opposite. He was friendly, put me at ease and created a nice relaxed atmosphere. I fell in love with the Rav4 and we went to for "the numbers" to be run. This is where the waiting can kill ya- normally. Not with Newburgh Toyota. Jason sat with me, checked with the managers, again keeping that same relaxed atmsophere. I met the manager who congratulated me on being the new owner of a Rav4. He came out of the office to shake my hand. Now this poor guy just had oral surgery and you could see he was in a bit of pain but managed to thank me for the business and managed a smile. Jason went to fill my new Rav4 with a full tank of gas and I filled out more paperwork and then waited to speak to the finance manager. Again this is usually the part that makes people cringe- but not here at this dealership. I apologize as I don't remember his name, I think it was Paul. He was very professional and kind. Broke down the cost of the wear and tear package to show how much it came out to be daily. How can you refuse when it's less than a dollar? All in all, it took about 3 hours to go from a 2007 to 2014 Toyota. I am one happy customer and would recommend this dealership and Jason to anyone who would like a stress free car shopping experience. Thank you Maureen McGuire More
