Bad Service I must say that buying the car was very pleasant. I brought my car from this dealership about two years ago. About four months ago my brakes started t I must say that buying the car was very pleasant. I brought my car from this dealership about two years ago. About four months ago my brakes started to make an horrible noise and I booked four different appointment since the problem was not solve in the first service. After paying almost $300 on services that I didn't realized I need someone else in another service shop found the problem. I need it to replace my back brake pads!!! there was no life left on them at all. I'm not happy since I could of got in a serious car accident. After four times of telling me brakes are ok when they were not even near ok I will never bring my car to this place again. I can't even say I can recommend you guys. More

This is only my 3rd visit to the facility yet Alex remembered that I had special emergency lights on my vehicle and did not want the complimentary carwash.I had a question about my Highlander's info screen - he had a service tech meet me at the vehicle and review the operation of the info computer. Very Good Buying Experience After doing my homework with Consumer Reports, NADA, Edmunds, and Kelly Blue Book I went to three Toyota dealerships. In the end, the folks at Newbur After doing my homework with Consumer Reports, NADA, Edmunds, and Kelly Blue Book I went to three Toyota dealerships. In the end, the folks at Newburgh Toyota did a great overall job. They had a particularly difficult job finding the color combination we wanted with the features included. They spent several days looking at the "pipeline" and checking with the local rep. After a lot of diligence, they located a car for us in PA. Overall their pricing was fair, trade-in value was fair, and the buying experience was very good. The General Sales Manager, Frank Fabiano, and the salesperson, Dennis Prichard did a great job making sure we were satisfied. Therefore, I can easily recommend this dealership to my friends as one to strongly consider as they look for a new, certified, or used car. More
Was low balled This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I went to the 17k office to only be told I have to go to their 9w office, once there I met with This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I went to the 17k office to only be told I have to go to their 9w office, once there I met with mr.Messina who was completely rude. He was on his cellphone for most of our meeting and didn't explain anything to me. He finally showed me a cobalt which I fell in love with. We started the paper work and he said he would get back to me ASAP. A week later still no word, so I called him and he said it's been ready since Tuesday. He never returns your phone call and when he does contact he complains because I called the 17k office to complain about him. Later found out my car was even worth the price they sold it to me for. Then once I get the car 3 days later the check engine light came on. I get the whole run around about how the manager doesn't wanna pay for it to be fix that it's my responseability to fix it. How is that if I just bought the car from you less than 72 hours ago? Then a month later I find out my car is in RECALL so I go back to them and they say they can't do nothing for me since it's in recall. I don't feel safe driving this car because it has an ignition problem which can shut off and having me lose all control of my vehicle. Let alone if I crash the air bag won't deploy. Do you think toyota would care? NOPE. I've been on a waiting list since February for this part and everyday I'm scared for my life in this car. I won't even drive with kids in the car because of it. Toyota ruined my car shopping experience and their poor customer service was just that POOR. More

My reason for the visit was to purchase a new vehicle. The entire process was straight forward, with a little back and forth, but expected. Once arrived, I was immediately seated with a salesman. Took the vehicle for a test drive, then began the negotiation process. It was practically a no pressure deal, but then again I came prepared knowing what I wanted, how much the vehicle should sell for, and had financing lined up prior to arriving. During the "back and forth", I felt responsiveness could have been less time consuming, but it was nice that coffee and water were available, as well as two sitting areas with tvs, so you can get up and walk around while waiting. Four and a half hours later, I walked out with a new vehicle. Although my overall experience was great, I had to give it a 3 because of the amount of time spent for the entire process. I felt it could have went much quicker than 4 1/2 hours, including the 15 mins it took for me to get a bank check down the road. As for the price, it is probably not so much the dealership's problem, but a manufacturer's issue. (But the vehicle was still purchased.) The overall experience was great and the people were very friendly, even the employees that I did not deal with but decided to spark up a conversation with (during my waiting time). Every employee I worked with above deserves 5 stars across the board. More
