I went to numerous dealers to find just the right car for my 12 year old son and I. I was looking for safety and good gas mileage as a top priority. Janice Ager at Toyota was very easy to work with. No games. She was very knowledgeable about the cars. She listened to what I was looking for. She made the process much easier then I expected. I made my final decision on a Friday to purchase the Scion XD and I drove it off the lot within a couple of hours. Even though it was Janice's day off she came in to help me have the car that day. I would definitely recommend going there. From the receptionist at the front, to the salespeople, to John in finance, the sales manager - they all made it a very good experience. And, I have a new Toyota to drive with the knowledge its a safe and reputable car. More
