Positive Experience I was interested in purchasing a Rav4 and compared two dealerships within week. Joseph Gonzales was so easy to talk to and explained in detail about all the features and of the navigation system, the function of the hybrid care and safety functions of the model we were interested in. When we took a test drive he allowed both my husband and I to practice the varies settings and features so we were comfortable operating and familiar with all the amazing features. After our purchase, Joe followed up with a call and assisted with additional paperwork. I was impressed with the care of financial paperwork by Tom Dillon, Manager when he secured them in a file and locked office to protect privacy. Randy Holt was professional and concise when preparing paperwork for financing. He was available to clarify a question on paperwork the following business day. More

Otstanding and exceed expectation in sales and service I went to the Newburgh Toyota Scion, on this past May 28th 2016, just to asks some questions, to see how I can get a better car and more advanced tha I went to the Newburgh Toyota Scion, on this past May 28th 2016, just to asks some questions, to see how I can get a better car and more advanced than I already had at the moment (95 Toyota Tercel) and that would fit my budget. But wasn't expecting, to get out with a almost new car (2014 Toyota Corolla). Even if is a used car, it was and still is a new car for me. This dealership was top notch! Dorian Torres, went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a 14 Toyota Corolla, the process was so quick and professional. This is thanks to Randy Holt. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend the Newburgh Toyota Scion to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. It is been 2 months later, that I am writing this.
