Best dealership experience in more than 40 years! I'm not going to lie here, I have to admit that living less than a mile from the dealership influenced my decision. That said, this dealership is a br I'm not going to lie here, I have to admit that living less than a mile from the dealership influenced my decision. That said, this dealership is a brand new build, relocated from the other side of town in a higher traffic area. As a new facility, it has all the "bells and whistles" dealerships now have, including indoor service check-in and a nice waiting lounge with TV and coffee. This dealer carries a lot of inventory for our area so the selection is good. I had purchased a 2014 Camry Hybrid from another dealer and, while I liked the car (our first Toyota in 42 years of marriage) the dealership was far away and the experience probably less than average. Last year we purchased a 2015 Highlander (even though we're empty nesters, we watch several grandchildren daily and needed the larger capacity). That car was super, both around town and on long trips to the midwest. However, we wanted to give the car to a family member that needed it, so we replaced it with the 2016 Rav4, which is smaller than the Highlander, but get's phenomenal mileage. We have had all these cars serviced at Newburgh Toyota. The service experience is among the best I've experienced. Everyone nice and helpful without exception and they are spot on with their estimates (and I always get the car back washed). Yes, they'll give you the traditional up-sell in service, but that is to be expected, and they're not pushy about it. Our purchase experience was excellent. I had looked at some other manufacturer's competitive vehicles, but the convenience and great service drew us back to Newburgh Toyota. We returned to see Manny, who sold us the 2015 Highlander, and he remembered most of the original transaction conversation from more than a year ago. I would recommend him highly if you haven't been to Newburgh Toyota before. Before deciding on the car, I had done my research online (I also knew a couple people who had good things to say about their Rav4s). By the time I decided, I had selected the specific vehicle I wanted (features, packages, and color) that was online at a good discount from list, and a good price when comparing to other Toyota delaerships. After some correspondence with their internet sales rep, I came in and purchased the car for the price advertised. How often does that happen? Thanks, Manny! More
