My name is Kent Newbold, I am the owner of Newbold Toyota. I'm sorry that you were not happy with your recent service visit, but I have some good news, and a correction to some of your statements. I have arranged for your tires to be evacuated and refilled with Nitrogen at the dealership that you purchased your Toyota at no charge to you. Call their service department and ask for Metja. In your negative review you stated that "My tires are factory filled with Nitrogen and green capped for a reason". That is not correct . Toyota has never shipped new Toyota's with Nitrogen in the tires, nor do they reccomend that the dealer replace the air in the tires with Nitrogen. In fact, at least one manufacturer(BMW) recommends that dealers should not use Nitrogen in tires. In closing, I have one comment. I see from your profile that you own a small business. Would you want one of your customers that has a problem with your services call you personally to seek resolution to their issue? Or would you rather have them file negative reviews and complaints with social media, BBB, and your vendors without speaking to you first? I know what my preference is. Thats why my home phone is listed, and why I take all calls that come into my dealership without screening them. Kent Newbold
