Dropped off my car at the appointed time and they managed my expectations well telling me it would take around half an hour to an hour and a half. My husband and I went to lunch and I received a call saying it was ready at around 45 minutes after drop-off. It took me longer to get back than it did for them to service it. I appreciated the good communication and everyone was polite and responsive. More
