We used TrueCar for both our new car and our trade-in (also used KBB). Newbold's new car price was lowest of TrueCar quotes by far. Salesperson Damon was reasonable and transparent through the process. Professional and low pressure. Finance Manager Terry was also very good to work with. More

Oil change and tire rotation My experience was good. This was the third tire rotation since I purchased the car. However, the problem is, I have lost a hubcap shortly afterwards My experience was good. This was the third tire rotation since I purchased the car. However, the problem is, I have lost a hubcap shortly afterwards each time. This time it took two days after the service was done. I have asked about this problem two times and was told they don't know why and maybe I am hitting pot holes. I am not consistently hitting pot holes. I did buy my Corolla used with about 18000 miles on it last October from the Toyota dealer. At that time, it was missing a hubcap and the dealer replaced it. I have never had hubcaps fall off my car before. This does not make sense. I can not afford to keep buying $100.00 hub caps. More

Communication is horrible It took several calls, lengthy hold times and failure to call me back just to make a simple oil change appointment. Then there is a very confusing text message that I must respond before I can move forward. I don’t appreciate the less than personal way due to technological advances that they treat you in service. Out of all the different brands of cars I’ve owned, Toyota was by far the best experience up till now. I’m very concerned of what else is to come.
