Oil change and inspection Inspction was not done. Crew didn’t share the inspection results with me. I was told that service will take 2 hrs for oil change and inspection! Sc Inspction was not done. Solid service, shuttle service invaluable One of those mornings, of the two cars one had issues the night before, had limped to another service area and was delivering the key when Murphy stru One of those mornings, of the two cars one had issues the night before, had limped to another service area and was delivering the key when Murphy struck, our running car failed. We were able to limp it to Newbold with no appt and explained it was a repeat issue and they took it right in. The shuttle service really saved the day to get me to work and my wife and child back home. Then the shuttle service went the extra mile and drove the key needed for our 2nd vehicle to another dealership so work could begin. Going from 2 cars to none, this was just beyond great and was not asked for and I will always remember how it really helped us out on a day that seemed to go so wrong. More
