70,000 mile service In general quality of work has always been found to be excellent and thorough. Customer Service is always courteous and friendly. This was supposed In general quality of work has always been found to be excellent and thorough. Customer Service is always courteous and friendly. This was supposed to be a 70,000 mile service with no additional requirements from the customer. The maintenance guide manual that comes with the vehicle recommends. Maintenance recommended: Check Installation of driver's floor mat, inspect and adjust all fluid levels, Inspect wiper blades, Replace engine oil and oil filter, Rotate tires, Visually inspect brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs. I had sent my wife in to drop off and wait for vehicle to be serviced. Work actually performed included oil & filter change, rotate tires, Brake Fluid Exchange, AC Tune Up, Cabin Filter, Multi-point inspection, battery service to the tune of $407.67. Not quite what I was expecting since we know the 75,000 mile service will be much more inclusive ....and expensive. If the additional big items are standard items to be serviced at this service mileage , why wouldn't they be on the maintenance service guide. And by the way, we don't fall under the "Special Operating Conditions" additional maintenance. Could it be that my wife might have been taken advantaged of? By the way, an AC Tune up had already been performed at 40,000 miles. The Brake Fluid exchange had already been performed at 45,000 mile. Cabin Filter service had been done at 60,000 miles. All this should have been on the records of the vehicle, since all servicing has been performed at New Bold Toyota. If you want customers to continue to come back to you for normal serving, then a review of prior servicing might be one of the responsibilities of the "service advisor" when addressing the customer who is coming to New Bold for routine maintenance serving trusting that they can count on only servicing what is required or needed with further explanation at the time. Our sales guy, Micah, had a vehicle ready to test drive within minutes that met the specifications I’d requested via email earlier that day. We were allowed a slightly extended test drive to check we could fit the car into our garage at home. The longest part of the process was valuing my trade but amazingly he came back with an offer which exactly matched the KBB trade in estimate. There was none of the expected back and forth and we agreed on a deal first time around. My only knock on the whole buying process was the fact that warranties were not brought up until we sat down to sign the papers with the finance guy the next day. I hadn’t planned on buying a warranty but changed my mind at the last minute. That being said, I’d have preferred those numbers to have been included in the discussions the previous evening so I’d had an opportunity to try and push a little harder before agreeing to buy the vehicle. It wasn’t a huge deal in the end but made for a longer visit to the dealership than planned to finish it all up. Overall, I still feel I got a great deal on a great vehicle and would recommend visiting Newbold for anyone shopping Toyota’s in the St. Louis metro area. More

Not only does this impress me about Toyota and their quality of work, I also know if there's an issue they will make it right with their clients. The service team was amazing and I would recommend them. The chart on the wall with the price comparisons was good too! When I get my vehicle maintenance done, I'm also going to let them get my services caught up that are needed. I wouldn't have done this without that board in the office that has the correct pricing because I've used other places and everything on there is legit. More

With short notice the car was warmed ( December ) and waiting by the entrance. The salesman (Dave) was good , he stuck to facts , gave us comparisons and was responsive. It took us 3 days to decide and sign paperwork . Glad we bought at this dealership. More
