Disorganized? My first experience with this service department has been rather disappointing. A receptor for my bike rack was negotiated into my purchase agreement. When I got the call saying the part was ready, I was told I could wait while it was installed. When I got there, I was informed it was going to take an undetermined amount of time, because someone failed to make the arrangements with the installer. They gave me a loner car. When I returned for my car, I discovered the receptor was the wrong size!!! Their solution for the mistake was to use an adapter. Of course, they didn’t have the adapter, and I had to come back again to pick it up. When I picked up the adapter, it didn’t have the pin needed to keep it in the receptor!!! I had to go to another location to get the pin. Never once did anyone apologize or even admit a mistake was made. Several employees tried to convince me that the part they installed was better than the one I requested to be installed. I did finally get an apology for my inconvenience. I sure hope this isn’t typical of the service usually provided by this dealership. More

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and they had me in the waiting room in just a few minutes. It seemed to take a long time for just the normal service I was having done (one hour and 10 minutes) but they were pretty busy. I will see the next time I take it in. I did have a question or concern when I made the appointment (in the comments section) but I forgot to ask about it and they didn't mention it either. It was concerning the difference in what my display used to show on miles to empty. It went from around 470 to approximately 430 at each fill up. More
