Loving our new Avalon We were very pleased with our sales person Damon Harkins, he listened to our interests and worked toward getting us what we requested. Damon was also very personable, did not push anything on us that we didn't want and worked quickly to meet our interests. Couldn't ask for more. We requested a loner car while the car we were interested in was located. The loner car left quite a bit to be desired in terms of the cleanliness. The car drove fine and served its purpose but driving it was less than desirable, not a good experience. The finance person that we spoke to, I think it was Brian, was very thorough covering all the necessary information but was also respectful of our time. We had waited for a little over and hour to meet with someone in finance and let Brian know that we had another engagement to get to. Brian listened and did a great job of getting us through the finance information and on the road in our new car. More
