The price I was offered here was better than anywhere else. I got a discount from the dealership and rebates from Toyota manufacture. The customer service was great. Unnecessary services were not pushed upon us (by my request) and I consider it as a sign of respect for customers. Previously, I purchased two cars in the US and every time I had to fight with the business departments not be tricked in buying additional protection bells and whistles. Newbold Toyota purchasing experience was different and much better than I have previously experienced. More

We requested a loner car while the car we were interested in was located. The loner car left quite a bit to be desired in terms of the cleanliness. The car drove fine and served its purpose but driving it was less than desirable, not a good experience. The finance person that we spoke to, I think it was Brian, was very thorough covering all the necessary information but was also respectful of our time. We had waited for a little over and hour to meet with someone in finance and let Brian know that we had another engagement to get to. Brian listened and did a great job of getting us through the finance information and on the road in our new car. More
