I was driving a 2000 Camry with over 166,000 miles and knew it was ready to trade in. I had purchased it from Newbold back in 1999 - Terry Oliver was my salesman at the time. Matt Endres was the first salesman that greeted me. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things Toyota. I explained to Matt I needed to take the car home to see if my physically disabled sister could get into it. I am her primary caretaker, so she has to be able to access the car. He allowed me to drive it home and return later that afternoon/evening. Everything worked out, so I made the decision to purchase the car. From there it was a whirlwind . . . Matt guided me through he entire process and even took the time to hook up the Bluetooth/phone and run through all of the options within the car a second time. This is the second experience with purchasing a new car from Newbold, and they have always treated me extremely well. Bravo Matt and Newbold Toyota!! More

Matt was super helpful, not at all pressuring us and helped make our buying experience a truly positive one. We weren't planning on walking out with a vehicle that day, but we did and we're so happy with it! I even had some additional features added to the vehicle and needed to drop it off and again, they were all really accommodating and gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while it got worked on. Matt even helped me put my car seats in! Definitely a recommend! More

We were offered refreshments while they evaluated our trade in. It was smooth sailing all the way. I can remember waiting almost 8 hours at various dealerships of the years, but not at Newbold!! When are salesman got called away for a few minutes a substitute, Nick Erlinger was sent in and handled our questions. It was interesting to go on tour of the service department while we waited to have our paperwork completed by the accounting manager. That to was a great experience. We were told of the extended warranty and it's benefits and the details of out loan. We were also instructed on how to use the snappy navigation system and they even synced our phone for us! From beginning to end we were treated like family. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends! Newbold rocks and we thank you for the excellent treatment and expertise! More
