We were offered refreshments while they evaluated our trade in. It was smooth sailing all the way. I can remember waiting almost 8 hours at various dealerships of the years, but not at Newbold!! When are salesman got called away for a few minutes a substitute, Nick Erlinger was sent in and handled our questions. It was interesting to go on tour of the service department while we waited to have our paperwork completed by the accounting manager. That to was a great experience. We were told of the extended warranty and it's benefits and the details of out loan. We were also instructed on how to use the snappy navigation system and they even synced our phone for us!
