At the time, we lived in Marion, IL, and I had found the 2011 Sequoia we bought on the Newbold website. I called to inquire about it and to get more information and I was hooked up with Sonny. We spoke a couple of times, I sent him pictures of the Venza that I wanted to trade, and we set up an appointment to drive the 100 miles up to O'fallon to view and test drive the Sequoia. Sonny was friendly and accommodating during our visit and negotiating and we drove the Sequoia home that day. After the sale, we had a couple of concerns and Sonny was quick to act and take care of them. Over all, a great sales experience. More
