Great experience I was comparing full size trucks and Matt took the time to explain all the benefits of the Tundra without ridiculing the other makes I was looking at. Me and my wife were shopping for a new 2015 RAV4 but my wife was stuck on the lava orange color and no one seemed to have any in stock. I finally had the wife at least willing to look at other colors but Sonny saved the day when he pulled up a 2016 in the lava orange, the wife was thrilled. What made this so pleasant was that there was no pressure to buy anything. Sonny had sold us a vehicle the minute we felt like we were important to him. When I got there, he had the exact car I described out front and ready to go. He didn't haggle with me on the price, he didn't treat me like "the little lady" that doesn't know what's good for her and although I had prearranged financing at a very good rate, they got me a little better rate.
