All of our questions were answered promptly and concisely. Further, we were given the opportunity to drive three vehicles, for I was originally interested in purchasing a Tacoma to replace the 2011 RAV4 Limited that we had purchased from Newbold. Options were explained with the aid of tablet-type presentations and electronic selection. As a result, making choices was easy with only mild pressure to select certain options in which we had little interest. The fact that we had not expected to drive away from the dealership with a new vehicle on a Friday afternoon occurred because the dealership was prepared to complete the transaction once we had made our decision and explained the limitations that were imposed because we did not have all of the paperwork that we needed to provide to complete the transfer of our 2011 RAV4 to the dealership. Everything went about as smoothly as one could hope. More
