Fixed my tire A 12-month old tire was losing air. Dropped in without an appointment and the service folks took great care to check the tire for leaks. Tire was fine A 12-month old tire was losing air. Dropped in without an appointment and the service folks took great care to check the tire for leaks. Tire was fine; problem was a faulty stem valve. Was able to get in and out in a short time and Toyota fixed the problem with no charge. GREAT customer service. More

Fantastic customer service I had a bad experience at NuCar trying to buy a silverado. The price advertised was not the price I was offered in house. It was 3k higher. The moment I had a bad experience at NuCar trying to buy a silverado. The price advertised was not the price I was offered in house. It was 3k higher. The moment I walked in I was not welcomed well. So I left and will NOT be back. I then went to Toyota World and was greeted very warmly. I felt like they actually wanted my business. I was given a more then far deal on my trade and the 2017 Tundra I was there to see. The price on the Internet was the price in house. I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!! Thank you Newark Toyota World! More
