We were in looking to buy a brand new Toyota Tundra but we were not able to but our salesman was doing everything that he could do to get us into a br We were in looking to buy a brand new Toyota Tundra but we were not able to but our salesman was doing everything that he could do to get us into a brand new vehicle. As hard as he tried he could not get us into a brand new vehicle but he did get my husband into a like new used vehicle that has very low miles, the color that my husband wanted, and everything that my husband was looking for. I salesman Chris Willis did an outstanding job, if we are ever in need of a vehicle or our friends or family are in need of a vehicle we will recommend Chris at ToyotaWorld, in Newark, DE. The customer service that we experienced there was a great experience, he carried on a conversation while we were waiting on news as to whether we were getting the vehicle or not and he knows his stuff about vehicles!! Wasted almost 6 hours of my time I purchased a new 2018 Toyota Tundra 3 months ago, I spent almost $60 thousand dollars on this truck with xtras. Ie, lift kit, fender flares, exhaust I purchased a new 2018 Toyota Tundra 3 months ago, I spent almost $60 thousand dollars on this truck with xtras. Ie, lift kit, fender flares, exhaust system, remote starter, tinted windows, tired and rims. After a month or so I noticed a couple of the fender flares were loose. I spoke with the service Dept to set up an spot with the dealership. They told me the guy who does this is only here on Weds. ( not flexible at all ) So I cancelled work for myself that day and lost an $800 job to add insult to injury and drove over an hour to the dealership. I waited over 2 /:2 Hours as they do called worked on my truck. The service assistant came out and said “ It good as new “. I walked over to the truck and noticed the Tech tried to use double sided tape to fix it,. Apparently they didn’t think I would notice. When I expressed my disappointment and told them I could of done this at home they didn’t know what to do. The service nanager was clueless. After another hour and finding out that the original Tech wasn’t there, I told them to give me my truck back and I would take it back home to get it taken care of. NO ONE in service tried to reach out to me. Onlly Kelli in the aftermarket division . I left a message for the GM Jeff who didn’t call back until the next day after I called the sales rep who sold me the truck. ( who consequently is a great guy.). The GM Jeff Ickes expressed his concern and said he would definitely get back to me in 2-3 days . It’s been over a week and I left 2 VOICE MAILS And have not heard back since. I took my truck to a local place who took my truck in for the day and fixed it properly. John C More

Excellent customer service experience My wife and I had our 2011 Sienna in for a recall/service bulletin and we had the pleasure of working with Cheryl. Not only was she very responsive v My wife and I had our 2011 Sienna in for a recall/service bulletin and we had the pleasure of working with Cheryl. Not only was she very responsive via email and over the phone, she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied in a loaner while the parts were on order. We were kept up to speed the entire time and left their facility completely satisfied. This is the only Toyota service center that we will ever visit....period! Mike Simon More

No customer service We sold a car to Newark Toyota world and could not have more disappointed with the lack of customer service. Almost 6 weeks after we sold the car to We sold a car to Newark Toyota world and could not have more disappointed with the lack of customer service. Almost 6 weeks after we sold the car to Newark Toyota World did we receive a check for the proceeds of the vehicle. 3 weeks after we sold the car, we received a call from the new owners asking us why we sold the car. I promptly called the dealership to find out why they have not distributed the funds, only get get voicemail after voicemail. When I finally did speak with someone we were told to call the bank who held our loan to find out if they sent the title to the dealership. The lien holder had of course sent the title as soon as it received notice the car was sold. We were told we had to speak with the title department which of course was closed at the time. After many more phone calls and a few visits to the showroom did we finally get an answer that we would have a check the next business day. After the person we were speaking with says "well we are a multi-million dollar company." Right, so after we sign the title over, you cannot afford to write us a check. Not even after you have sold our car?! Very disappointing. We are not in the market for a Toyota, and should that day come, we will never be purchasing from this dealership. Bottom line is if you are looking for service, look elsewhere. More
