In my two experiences buying from NToyota, they tend to try to sell you additional insurances and other options while not being as friendly as the salesperson. Our last experience was not good - we had been given a $500 credit and had paid $500 as a deposit on the vehicle. When it came time to pay, none of those two were credited to our account. If I hadn't noticed it, we would have paid $1000 more. More

The first dealer didn't even bother to return my call (it's been over 24 hours). The second dealer gave me a quote that seemed high. Then I called Newark Toyota. I spoke with Bill, the Service Manager, and he couldn't have been more helpful. He quoted me a great price on service, and answered all my annoying questions. In short, Bill was fantastic, and really went above & beyond for me. If you have a Toyota that needs serviced, I highly recommend Newark Toyota. You won't regret it. More

Regular Schedule Service appointment was on time. Quick! I asked for the headlights to looked at for visibility and price. Brian, the service manager, made sure everything wa appointment was on time. He went over additional items that needed to be serviced and a time frame. He got someone to start working on it, and called me the next morning when my car was ready. Brian made sure I had a ride or needed a rental. So all good. I also needed assistance at the rental counter because I received a toll citation.
