Everything is a farce, and there is nothing complimentary that recover their xxxx-poor customer service. They will try to charge you for anything possible, and I was surprised breathing wasn't on my receipt at the end. After hours for a tire rotation and oil change, I was called and told there were serious issues with my car. Didn't have the money to pay for the repair (the total of everything they wanted me to do cost well over what I was prepared to spend, thousands), tried to convince me it was vital to get it replace today. I'm suspicious, and it takes a couple of minutes to reluctantly relinquish my car (while convincing me it was dangerous to leave). Bring it into another mechanic who tells me nothing is wrong, and he can't even figure out what they were speaking about. Nothing is wrong with the car outside of age. Try to call to get a reason I was almost bullied into thousands of dollars of repairs I didn't need, was brushed off twice. I'm literally disgusted with the way I was treated here, and I would avoid this place like the plague. There is no 'service' in service here. More

CERTIFIED preowned went in to look at car. felt pretty comfortable with pricing etc. and bought it. salesperson told me they would be with me for the life of the car and went in to look at car. felt pretty comfortable with pricing etc. and bought it. salesperson told me they would be with me for the life of the car and that some of the major cosmetic issues would be fixed. had to take it over 4 times in order for it to be fixed somewhat correctly. sales person lied and said it would look perfect (which it doesnt). also told me they would be with me for the life of the car and then 2 weeks later tells us "we are done here." would not recomend.
