We stop buy to see a vehicle I viewed listed online ( that MORNING ) and decided to go check it out . We arrived less that a hour after viewing it on the website and was told it was already sold . It that MORNING ) and decided to go check it out . We arrived less that a hour after viewing it on the website and was told it was already sold . It was sitting out back with sold sign laying on the dash . So, Ok sometimes this happens , So we went to a couple other Dealerships , but wanted to Check out the Highlander before we made a Decision . I have a good idea about the Highlander but my wife hasn't been around anyone who owns one , Talk to a sales person about coming in and letting her check out a used one , and see if we wanted to reserve a incoming Vehicle . Was going to coming in Tuesday 2/22/22 this week but weather was Nasty and called to tell them we'd be in when the weather cleared ( forecast had rain showing for a couple days , so wasn't sure . Wed Morning we saw the Weather had cleared out and left Messages about coming back in and see what she thought about the Highlander ( possibly putting money to reserve , which we brought with us ) Never received a response back from the messages I left but figured someone would at least help us ??? NOT saw several People outside , I guess at least one or more worked there , and no one spoke to us or ask us if they could help us . I looked inside and only saw one person playing with their phone , So we just left . So sorry but 2 stars is generous , Wife was disappointed , but I told her we'll find another dealership , HAVE A NICE DAY More

I asked for Kelley Blue Book instant offer on 2009 BMW 128 Conv with my options and 106K miles. Toyota responded with $6717 offer and I was told if I came in over next 4 days and ...it's a done deal! Ca 128 Conv with my options and 106K miles. Toyota responded with $6717 offer and I was told if I came in over next 4 days and ...it's a done deal! Car was recently tuned and inspected, good tire tread, good paint, no rust, no dents. That offer was toward bottom end of very good condition range for dealer trade-in category. Took car in and on-site Toyota rep drove and looked over my car for 15 minutes. They then offered me $4000?!?!?! Only explanation was 2 minor scratches and high mileage. But mileage was known before original offer made. Rep said he put it in fair condition range and then went below the very bottom of that range by additional $200. Toyota took numerous pics which they are welcome to post. Only other comment from rep was that that's what manager said to offer. Obviously, the original reasonable offer was just to get you into dealer so they could low-ball. Of course this stuff happens all the the time, but this was just so obvious...Reduce offer by 40% and only explanation is 2 small scratches. I know it's 12 years old, over 100K miles but that was known before original offer and these prices are based on dealer trade-in - - - not private sale. So, if you have 2 small scratches on car expect to lose $2700 at Toyota. More

I was very pleased with my experience. This was the first day that I was looking for a car. I was not expecting to buy today, and was not even contemplating purchasing a Toyota . The salesman Ajay was fantas day that I was looking for a car. I was not expecting to buy today, and was not even contemplating purchasing a Toyota . The salesman Ajay was fantastic. He was busy helping several customers but, he kept me up to date with what was going on, and made it a very good experience. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain and show me all the features of the vehicle. I actually walked out the door the same day with a new car because such a good deal was made for me. even the next morning when there were certain features that I was having problems understanding or figuring out I stopped by and Ajay answered all of my questions and showed me everything I needed to know. Again a very good experience one day in and I love my new car. More
I've owned Toyota vehicles for many years. If something needs repair or a replacement part, I would call my local Toyota dealerships for parts info. They would tell me the name of the part and the part num needs repair or a replacement part, I would call my local Toyota dealerships for parts info. They would tell me the name of the part and the part number. I've been doing this for at least ten years. About 3 months ago I called this particular dealership to get a price quote and details about a VSV valve for an EGR. They gave me the price but stated "they don't give out part numbers", even in person. I told them that it wasn't true. I've always called and have always been given a part number when shopping for a part. I told them that an item description is not accurate enough when ordering or looking up parts. Some parts go by more than one name or description. The part number is the most accurate way of ordering. I spoke to a supervisor and asked why the sudden change? He told me (in short) that they stopped giving out part numbers because they didn't want customers shopping around for a better price. This is the only dealership (so far) that has declined to provide their customers with needed information for part identification. For the record, I do sometimes buy directly from the dealerships when calling. Other times, I don't. As for shopping around for a better price, I feel the customer should be able to do this without having the dealership purposely deny info to the buyer so that they can monopolize on the situation. I do not believe that a part number is an internal classification and should be held back to the customer. I'm currently looking to see if this "move" violates certain Anti-Competitive or Antitrust laws or codes. In short, I recommend that all Toyota owners (or future potential owners) not go to or shop at this dealership for any reason. These are signs of bad business practices. Which means that they can't be trusted or depended on when needed. More
