I am always amazed at how quickly they get my 2016 Highlander in and out for basic service. Everyone who works in the service department has been professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service is top-notch, and they just seem to understand that we all have better things to do than sit and wait for a car all day. Even when my 2008 Highlander needed more substantial repairs, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to accomplish the task ... and their hours are flexible enough to meet any schedule. It's hard to know who to trust to service your vehicle, but I know that I can always trust the technicians and the entire service department at Newark Toyota World. More

Good service with letting us know what's going on through the service process, as well. Took a little while longer waiting after paying for the service this time, and the car was washed. I thought it was a regular service, but maybe not. I should ask next time. More
The cost was very expensive. I have only had service on my 2007 Rav 4 done at this service center since I bought the car in 2007. Although the service advisor was polite and clear, the $343.00 cost to replace a tire sensor seems very high. Other service centers would have replaced it for less than half that amount.
