Colleen provided an excellent and professional customer service experience by driving my car into the service bay, capturing all the symptomatic details and then later that evening, calling both my contact #'s I provided to leave voice mail with the service tech's diagnosis. Colleen was also quite knowledgeable because she correctly suggested what the problem was after gathering all the details. While I was there I inquired about a rental and Colleen introduced me to Caitlynn who promptly got me set up with a very reasonably priced rental while my car was out of commission. All the way around Newark Toyota provided a great customer service experience. I definitely look forward to meeting and working with Colleen again for future service visits. More

There are countless employees rushing about, but no one knew where MY contact was located and could not find him. Seems just so disorganized. Everyone was friendly and nice but very rushed, overworked, disorganized, hard to put my finger on it. Maybe you need more employees, better training or work flow. The service performed on my car is fine, but just that the service advisors, techs, lot attendants, and especially the car rental desk are just overwhelmed. It took far too long to get checked in and checked out. Nearly an hour both times. More
