Having serviced my car for 10 years at Newark Toyota, I was baffled to hear that, starting a few months ago, clients now have to make an appointment for a mere oil change. No notice was given to me before although I am a regular and a longtime client. I stopped by for a rapid oil change, and was denied service, and I had to sign up to have this done withing two days. I suggest the management should communicate more effectively with their customers, especially since we are reachable by e-mail. Other than that, the service was good. More

They have a very nice waiting area with plenty of seating, TV, snacks, beverages. They also have a friendly and efficient courtesy shuttle service which is very helpful. All in all, a very positive experience! More
