Top notch customer support I have a 2007 Camry that was using an unacceptable amount of oil and I contacted Toyota World about the problem. We've dealt with the same salesperson there for at least 8 cars and we always get 1st class service. The trailer hitch we decided to add on to the car was ordered and we were called 2 days later to have it installed. Both the sales team and the service team are AWESOME! I don't want to talk about reservations at all. I find the continued obnoxious behavior about making reservations unacceptable. We bring the car to be serviced. If it takes two days, that's fine. But I do not want to be lectured about "This is the way we do it." No. Your job is to sell me service. If I cannot wait, then I will find another way to get it done. But shut your mouth about reservations; I pay you to do service. If this continues, I shall have to find some other place to have my car serviced. I prefer genuine Toyota service, but this picayune activity may drive me away. More

The guys came through ... again! Overstuffed my RAV4 and caused an issue with the hatch!! The service department accommodated my schedule, got the issue fixed in a timely fashion and Overstuffed my RAV4 and caused an issue with the hatch!! Bad experience I have been there every since two years and every time they messed up something one time they forgot to change the oil when i went for tire rotation I have been there every since two years and every time they messed up something one time they forgot to change the oil when i went for tire rotation and oil change ..all they did is tire rotation when i got back home i checked the oil wasnt changed and other time they didnt rotate my tires and when i confront the manager i think his name is Jamar said "IT not End of the World" .,......but They Guy name Chris is Very nice and helpful.
