botched recall on air bags I got a notice that the air bag recall kit was in and scheduled appointment. Took car in and and was told they were backed up for a couple days and re I got a notice that the air bag recall kit was in and scheduled appointment. Took car in and and was told they were backed up for a couple days and rescheduled appointment. This time I called first and found they were still back up and rescheduled again. This time I brought car in and they had ordered wrong part so they have to reorder part and call again to reschedule appointment to get fix. Very poor experience overall so far and still waiting for recall. More

Friendly and trustworthy I brought my '06 Solara in for a diagnosis due to an unusual noise from under the hood. Colleen Consalo checked me in and was very pleasant. After about an hour, she brought me back to the service area where a service tech showed me a small piece of debris that had gotten stuck on the alternator pulley. He even took photos before removal. With 206,000 miles on my vehicle I could have been deceived into paying several hundred dollars, not the $60 diagnosis fee. Colleen went over the report listing a few minor suggestions (front rotors needed to be resurfaced). All told, it was a pleasant experience and I will certainly return in the future. More
