The reasons are given below: Rude, Coarse and Unprofessional Behavior from the Lane Manager _ Jamar Campbell. As soon as I entered the service area, there was a long backup of vehicles and I was worried the door would close on the car. No attempt was made by JC to alleviate the situation. When I did enter, he yells at me "Stay with The Car" as if I am a lackey. Never have I felt more insulted by a Car Dealer. In addition, I had called Newark Toyota 3 times before about this recall and was told that they would call me when parts came in. No one did. I had to schedule the appointment via Toyota USA. The vehicle's wheel lock key was missing - last time the tires were rotated by Newark Toyota. They claimed not to know anything about it - and charged me $73 for 4 lug bolts. I will explore following up with Toyota and the Delaware Attorney General Office regarding this situation. The service writer Jeff was fine. More

Convenient, friendly,fast and comfortable wait. Jamar was particularly helpful and went the extra mile to answer several questions about operating my Highlander. 30,000 mile service I arrived almost 45 min early but was immediately greeted by service tech.
