Dropped my vehicle overnight for oil change. I was called the next day at 3pm to pickup my vehicle and paid for synthetic oil change. Upon getting home decided to checked stick oil was not fresh I was called the next day at 3pm to pickup my vehicle and paid for synthetic oil change. Upon getting home decided to checked stick oil was not fresh and oil filter was untouched. Apparently technician forgot to change oil and paid. I wonder how many customers are paying for oil change service that's not down. This will be my last time taking my vehicle for service at this dealership. BE WARNED More

If you're wondering why Toyota's profits are so high lately it's of course because the standards for quality have gone to total and complete crap. One thing matters to dealers when it comes to both sales and service, get 'em in and get 'em out! Sell 'em high and fix 'em low! Frank here is as useless as he is arrogant, but that was my mistake thinking he was some form of authority just because of where his desk is located and the way he carries himself. Well, all he does it manage to turn people off to Toyota as whole because that's what's happening here. I have a RAV4 that was built in Canada so it's no where near as well-built as my Corolla hatchback that was assembled in Japan so I ACCEPT THAT. However, if they're not going to profit from it and it's going to take any sort of effort, brain power, or ability to think like a functioning human being then your problem will not be fixed and it will probably be made worse, like mine was. If you're as bored by the new design Toyota has on everything as I am and you are frustrated by their focus on profits over customer service and quality then you should really re-think the absurd loyalty some of us have had to this company. Also, the service center waiting area is really, really gross (don't you dare drink from that soda fountain unless you love moldy soda), uncomfortable and completely lacking of any features that Toyota dealers all over the country usually have. I wish you all the worst of luck. More

Called and made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation for 7am. Dropped the vehicle off the night before as we would be busy and needed the car back asap. At 10am called to inquire on the status of the vehicle and was told they would call right back. At 11am called again and again someone would get back to us. At noon decided to drive there and get the vehicle. On the way get a call asking if we want cabin filter and brake fluid change. Declined both. On arrival at the 5.5 hour mark from the appointment it still is not ready. Finally its ready to go so pay and leave. Upon reading the emailed statement of service it was written the vehicle needs brakes and tires that was declined. Can't decline something you weren't told about. We currently own 2 Toyotas from Newark Toyota and in a month will be shopping for third SUV. After this it will xxxx sure not be from Newark or Price toyota. More

I was struggling with dealing with the warranty company and dealership from whom I purchased my car. “Chris” made sure that I was taken care and he truly advocated for me on the phone with these companies and dealership from whom I purchased my car. “Chris” made sure that I was taken care and he truly advocated for me on the phone with these companies. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care. I am new to this area and have been looking for a dealership to service my Toyota. They have won my business. I also stopped in a few weeks prior bc I needed a valve cap for one of my tires and they generously gave me four of them without asking for anything from me and I wasn’t a customer at the time.I hope that my experiences with them continue on this level. So far, I’m impressed. More
