I spoke to other salesmen at other dealers, and no one even bothered to call back. Totally unethical to seniors and veterans I would warn anyone thinking of buying a Toyota from these guys to go elsewhere. They tried to sell me a car I did not want. Before I actually saw the car, I had but a large deposit down. I rejected the car and wanted a complete refund. They said they would refund my money, but to date , after six weeks they have not refunded anything. Totally unethical business behavior by a number of these employees. Again, do not shop here, they smile, but they are truly the most unscrupulous car salesmen you will ever meet. A senior/ veteran who has been done wrong by this “dealership “. More

However when I got there I dealt with Roland Riley, He was so unprofessional to say the least he looked as he didn't want to be there and didn't care about the customers wants, tapping the desk with his finger after I asked him a question and his response was that I didn't need to know that since I'm not in the car business. At that point I was done I've never been treated that way in New Rochelle Toyota. I almost gave up on toyota but decided to go back the next day since I've been with them for the past 10 years. I was greeted by Mehmet, from there on it was a great experience! I got the car I wanted, the price I wanted all with a great smile from Mehmet. Mehmet was very professional and personable. My brother in law is looking into getting a toyota for his next car and I highly recommended Mehmet. More
