Very happy with my new car, my leasing consultant Mr. Gabe Acosta was very helpful, knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. Irvin "Will" Paneto is amazing!!! I had a problem with my seatbelts and the Mamaroneck Toyota would not help me. I was so upset and Will came to the rescue! He was quick to help! He told me to come right ove seatbelts and the Mamaroneck Toyota would not help me. I was so upset and Will came to the rescue! He was quick to help! He told me to come right over, checked out the issues, called Toyota HQ and got the parts sent right away. Within four days I got a text that the part was delivered and I zipped on over and it was fixed. Mamaroneck told me I was not a customer and New Rochelle's Will treated me like gold!
