They passed my car inspection with cracked tires and that is illegal in nys. It took them three times of me complaining my car did not feel right to tell me I needed new tires. My wife and I recently purchased a used car from New Rochelle Toyota, and we must commend our sales representative, Travis Short, for his outstanding service. From the moment we walked in, Travis demonstrated a level of customer service and integrity that truly set him apart. One instance that stood out was how Travis managed a challenging situation. We arrived at the dealership to complete our purchase but Travis was running late with a previous customer. He notified us before arriving and worked to expedite the closure of the previous customer’s purchase, literally running through the dealership to process their paperwork as quickly as possible. This demonstrated his commitment to all his clients, not just the ones in front of him, as well as a sense of urgency that is rarely seen from most workers, not just a sales representative at this dealership. Additionally, Travis went above and beyond when it came to the condition of our vehicle. Initially, we were told that a stain on one of the seats could be removed as part of the purchase, but later, his management informed us that it couldn't be done and there was no ability to discount the price, which was extremely disappointing. We agreed to move forward with the purchase anyway. Instead of taking the easy route and selling us the car as-is, Travis took the time and effort to get the stain removed anyway before we came back to pick up the car. This completely reversed what would have otherwise been a very negative car buying experience. This act of going the extra mile demonstrates a level of integrity and work ethic that is rare and highly commendable. Travis's dedication to customer satisfaction and his strong work ethic made our car-buying experience exceptional. We highly recommend Travis to anyone looking for a positive and trustworthy car purchase. More
