He insures that all work is done properly and according to my specific requests. My last service performed on 1/24/2019 required new brakes and belts as well as regular maintenance. Car now stops smooth as silk and no more mouse like belt sounds. Service at New Rochelle has always been surprisingly fast too, less than 4 hours for my last service. New Rochelle also provides WiFi, so I can use my laptop if I choose to wait. More

Roland is the most patien This was my second time having Roland Riley in your Sales Dept. as my salesman and Darnell Duckett who is the Business Mgr. Roland is the most patient and knowledgeable sales person. I had so many questions; I was apprehensive the price; my credit; about having two leases at the same time; but he answered all my questions over and over. When I got the my second lease about 6 months ago, he told me that he had the perfect car for me, he even chose the color (I am 75-years-old and was coming from a big 2003 Suburban that I truly loved, but it was on its way out and I knew it); it wasn't easy for him to show me that I would love a RAV 4. This time when I went to renew the lease for my grandsons' Corolla he told Roland what he liked and what he wanted and again Roland delivered and got him the Black Camry, a beautiful car. It was just his manner in taking care of your customers. He did not stampede or bullied us, he listened and both my grandson and I came away pleased. Darnell, your Business Mgr. is another example of a person who is patient, knowledgeable and experience in the financial and packages offers that Toyota have. Toyota offers so much you don't know what package to take or what packages are definitely a MUST, but Darnell explained the value of each package. Your sales team on the floor were all very courteous and helpful. I am sure that I would have been happy with anyone of them, but because I had a good rapport with Roland six months ago, I didn't want to go to anyone else. More

Could have been better... I bought a used car from this dealership and my experience wasn’t all that great. I was surprised they gave me the car without cleaning it or filling I bought a used car from this dealership and my experience wasn’t all that great. I was surprised they gave me the car without cleaning it or filling up the gas tank. I've never bought a car before that didn't come with a full tank of gas. The salesman who installed the front plate did so completely off center, making holes in the grill so I wound up having to buy a new grill because I couldn’t stand how off centered the plate was. Also, they attempted to remove the tinted windows that were on the car from the previous owner and cut the rear defroster lines. I was very concerned with no rear defroster especially going into winter. After about a month the temporary registration expired and I still did not receive my official registration. I called Toyota to find out where my registration was and the manager said it probably got lost in the mail and told me “just go to the DMV and get a duplicate registration". I wound up having to take a day off from work and go to the DMV to get my new registration. To my surprise, i walked out of the DMV with a $50 registration ticket on my windshield. I was so pissed I called the manager back and expressed to him my frustration. Finally, he told me to bring the car in and they would take care of all these issues. So I brought the car back and they installed a new back windshield, detailed the car, filled my gas tank, and paid the $50 ticket I got. I was happy that they corrected the mistakes they made. However, it doesn’t change all of the time, money, and headache I went through after purchasing this car, which is why I am unable to give them more then 3 stars. More
