Car now stops smooth as silk and no more mouse like belt sounds. Service at New Rochelle has always been surprisingly fast too, less than 4 hours for my last service. New Rochelle also provides WiFi, so I can use my laptop if I choose to wait. More

I had so many questions; I was apprehensive the price; my credit; about having two leases at the same time; but he answered all my questions over and over. When I got the my second lease about 6 months ago, he told me that he had the perfect car for me, he even chose the color (I am 75-years-old and was coming from a big 2003 Suburban that I truly loved, but it was on its way out and I knew it); it wasn't easy for him to show me that I would love a RAV 4. This time when I went to renew the lease for my grandsons' Corolla he told Roland what he liked and what he wanted and again Roland delivered and got him the Black Camry, a beautiful car. It was just his manner in taking care of your customers. He did not stampede or bullied us, he listened and both my grandson and I came away pleased. Darnell, your Business Mgr. is another example of a person who is patient, knowledgeable and experience in the financial and packages offers that Toyota have. Toyota offers so much you don't know what package to take or what packages are definitely a MUST, but Darnell explained the value of each package. Your sales team on the floor were all very courteous and helpful. I am sure that I would have been happy with anyone of them, but because I had a good rapport with Roland six months ago, I didn't want to go to anyone else. More
